Master Privacy Policy

Your Privacy, Across the Family

One standard of care for every brand under Lingram Family Trust LLC. Plain-spoken, honest, and built to earn your trust.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This is the master policy that governs the whole IamLingram ecosystem. It is written to be read — not to be hidden behind. If anything here is unclear, pleaseask us.

1

Scope of This Policy

This Master Privacy Policy explains how Lingram Family Trust LLC ("Lingram," "we," "us," or "our"), operating and branded as IamLingram at iamlingram.com, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information across the family of brands and websites we operate (together, the "Services").

It applies to iamlingram.com and to the subsidiary properties operated under the trust, including the Fatherhood Engagement Hub, Motherhood Engagement Hub, Ahimsa Marketplace, Inkwell Publishing Co., and the Lingram Reading Room. Individual brands may publish a supplemental notice describing practices unique to their service; where a supplemental notice conflicts with this Master Policy, the supplemental notice controls for that brand.

Daddy’s Chariot Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, is a legally distinct entity. While it is technologically housed within the IamLingram ecosystem, its data practices are governed by its own policies.

2

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — such as your name, email address, and any details you share when you register, contact us, join a community, submit a manuscript, make a purchase, or request support.

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

For brands that process payments or transactions, limited billing information is collected and handled by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

For support-oriented brands, you may voluntarily share sensitive personal circumstances. We treat this information as confidential and use it only to provide the support you have requested.

3

How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Services; to create and manage your account; and to deliver the support, products, or content you request.

To communicate with you — responding to enquiries, sending service updates, and, where you have opted in, sharing news across the ecosystem.

To maintain safety, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We use AI-assisted tools to help operate and improve the Services. Automated tools support our work; meaningful decisions about your care and account remain under human oversight.

4

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here: with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; between brands within the trust where necessary to provide a service you requested; and to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

Because our brands operate under one trust, some shared infrastructure (such as hosting and analytics) may process data across the ecosystem. Access is limited to what is needed to run each Service.

If a brand is ever transferred or restructured, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

5

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

6

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

To exercise any right, email us at the address below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

7

Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

8

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by local law). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Master Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
